A Volunteer Fee of $50.00 is required for U8 - U19 and is included in the registration fee
The mandatory volunteer fee is charged in addition to registration fees and is refunded after 4 hours of assigned club work.

If your son is a NEW payer to BUSC this year, or has not played for BUSC in 2006, or 2007 you must SEND in a COPY of his county Birth certificate or Passport to BUSC.
YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE, NOR WILL THE PLAYER BE PLACED ON A TEAM UNTIL A COPY IS RECEIVED BY BUSC

phone number, date of birth,
and a copy of your player’s
birth certificate if you did
not register in the 2006 season.
- Parents’ E-mail address
- Parents’ names and work
phone numbers
- Name and phone numbers of
a person to notify in an emergency
- Doctor and dentist name and
phone numbers
Print a copy of the Code of Conduct Form for your records after you have acknowledged and agreed to the policy on line.
