The Ballistic United Soccer
Club serves our players through
the involvement and dedication
of volunteers. We are continuously
in need of volunteer assistance
throughout most of the year.
In order to fulfill this need, we require that each family of age groups U8
and older sign up for a specific volunteer activity and pay a $50.00
volunteer fee, per child, to the club at registration. This fee will be rebated after the volunteer
commitment has been completed.
Volunteer jobs are those that benefit Ballistic United Soccer Club and not just
an individual team. Listed on the Sign-up form are volunteer opportunities that
would result in the rebate of your volunteer fee. To qualify for reimbursement,
a volunteer is required to provide a minimum of four (4) hours of service to
the club.
You may choose not to volunteer and to forfeit your $50.00 deposit. However we
certainly hope that you choose to provide assistance to the Club!
At Registration, please follow the following procedure:
- Pay the volunteer fee at registration. This is Required
- Fill out the Volunteer Program Sign-Up form for each player registered.
- Turn in the Volunteer Program Sign-Up Form at the VOLUNTEER Table during Registration.
- To be eligible for
the rebate of your Volunteer
fee, a Volunteer Sign up
form must be received by
BUSC, either at Registration
or with in 7 days of your online registration.
- Submit the form to the address below. You may obtain a form on this page.
- Once this form is received by BUSC, you will be contacted by e-mail or by phone from the club’s representative during the season to coordinate your service schedule.
- When you complete your volunteer hours, the club representative in charge of the activity will verify completion of the activity, will sign your completed Reimbursement Form and will authorize reimbursement.
