The
Olympic Development Program (ODP) is run by
USYSA and is administered by CYSA. These teams
are formed by tryout at the District level.
District III fields teams in the under-14,
15, 16 and 17 year age groups. The teams do
not play in a league and it is possible to
play ODP and still be on a BUSC or Premier
team. The ODP teams go to two mini-tournaments,
called "Playdays" which are, in
effect, tryouts for the State ODP team. From
there, players may be selected to play on
Regional and then the National ODP team. More
