TOPSoccer is a community based training and team placement program for young athletes with special needs. These needs are because of a physical or mental disability that might discourage or preclude the child from participating in a sports program. The program is administered through BUSC and the Pleasanton Youth Soccer League. All players are registered though BUSC for boys or the RAGE for girls. Practices are held weekly during the season utilizing Club staff and parents.
